Refunds and Returns Policy – School of Game Design and Technology (SGDT)

At SGDT, we provide high-quality online courses and educational services designed to deliver practical skills and knowledge in game design, programming, AI, ML, UI/UX design, and other technology fields.

 

1. No Refunds

1.1 All course fees paid to SGDT are non-refundable.

1.2 Once enrollment and payment are confirmed, the payment is considered final.

 

2. No Returns

2.1 As our courses are delivered digitally, there are no returns or exchanges for any purchased course content, materials, or resources.

2.2 Access to course materials is provided immediately upon enrollment.

 

3. Exceptions

3.1 Refunds may be issued only if mandated by law or in cases of technical issues preventing access to courses, at SGDT’s sole discretion.

3.2 Any exception will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing to info@sgdt.in.

 

4. Access and Completion

4.1 Enrolled students retain access to their purchased courses for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

4.2 SGDT is not responsible for incomplete courses due to personal circumstances, device issues, or internet connectivity.
